- I used a brain model downloaded here. It imports with a zillion triangles so I used the Cinema 4D Remesher in R23 and got some better topology.
- The city buildings come from Kitbash3D
- The bubbles float up via a simple MoGraph cloner with a Time effector for the upward movement, a Random Effector for the scattering, and a Shader effector displacing their movement slightly over the animation. All of those need to be combined in order to make them appear like they are floating rather than just moving upward.
- There's also a displacer on the bubble, moving the very smooth mesh so that it's not perfectly round and has a little motion.
